+How long does shipping take?

Within Australia (AU POST + SENDLE) please allow 1-2 days for packing. We will be using Australia post and Sendle.

Shipment times within Victoria is approx 2-3 business days. Shipment Australia wide is approx 3-5 business days.

New Zealand Shipping (NZ POST) will take approx 14 business days.

Currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Our US store is currently closed.

Returns & Exchanges.

We accept all returns & exchanges for shipping damages. Our mats are individually inspected prior to shipping, to make sure they are at our highest quality of satisfaction. Please contact us immediately if you have a damaged product due to shipping.

Due to our licensing agreements with our artists, no changes or alterations have been made to any of the designs on the Yoga mats, keeping the art in its original form. Which means, some designs may show paint marks, which would have originally been from the artwork.

If for some unfortunate reason you’re not satisfied with your product, we offer a 3 day (from time you receive your mat) return/exchange policy. For health reasons, the product will need to be in its original condition and unused and we ask that you cover the return shipping.

Teas and candles must not be opened or used.
